When will you get the Cashback/Discount?
- The eligible cashback amount will be credited to your Simpl account only after you pay your Simpl bill.
- Until then, you will be able to see the details of your eligible Cashback on the ‘Transactions’ section of the Simpl app
- Details of eligible Cashback will additionally be communicated via email as well as SMS
- Cashback will be canceled in case of a full refund or cancellation of the order.
