Users who make the 1st payment will be eligible for cashback.
Eligible cashback amount will reflect in the user’s Simpl account within 24 hours of a successful transaction. Details will also be communicated through Email and SMS.
For all the eligible transactions taking place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the cashback will be processed on Monday.
The eligible cashback amount will be adjusted against the 2nd payment and will reflect in the pending dues.
The eligible cashback amount can only be used for Simpl Pay in 3 transactions/installments and not for Simpl Pay Later transactions.
Cashback will be canceled in case of full refunds or cancellation of orders.
Offer is only valid for transactions done via Simpl Pay in 3.
All transactions taking place on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday shall be processed on Monday
Any customer availing the cashback shall be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions.
Simpl reserves the right to disqualify the user from cashback eligibility if any fraudulent activity is identified.
